Tim and Bobbi have owned Piano Trends since beginning the music store in 1990. Tim before that performed with several bands and was also a ballpark organist in the 70s. Today Tim loves to make time to play a few solo piano gigs or with Lifting Spirits Friends per year.

Tim also serves as Board President at Raue Center for the Arts in Crystal Lake. You might catch him playing an event on the Mason Hamlin Concert Grand at the Theater. John now is the Chicago Cubs Ballpark Organist and we couldn't be more proud of him.  John grew up in McHenry, IL and began to play piano at the age of 6. I grew particularly adept to playing by ear and am able to mold any song into my own contemporary composition.

Teaching at Piano Trends Music allows me to express the importance and passion of music. My students not only learn of the pioneers of modern music, but they learn to become pioneers and individual musicians themselves.
